Production process

  2. Withering: Naturally withering in a cool, ventilated place, allowing moisture to slowly evaporate, creating the first flavor of tea.
  3. Fixing: Hot fixing to preserve the fresh aroma and reduce oxidation, maintaining the natural components.
  4. Grinding: Lightly crush to break the cells and release the aromas.
  5. Drying: Low temperature drying to ensure adequate humidity, maintaining the aroma and flavor of the tea.
