Terms of Sale

The online sales site www.zente.net was created for the sale of tea, infusions and objects in compliance with Italian legislation on distance contracts.

The sale is regulated by these General Conditions as well as by the methods indicated in detail in the sections of this site called respectively: Payment Methods, Shipping and Privacy Policy which must be considered an integral part of the sales contract. The Customer is therefore invited, before sending the order, to carefully read the conditions of sale as identified above and the information contained therein and to print them or save them on another durable medium accessible to him.

Any changes or new conditions of sale will be promptly reported to the Customer, will be effective from the moment of publication on the site and will be applied only to sales concluded after publication.

The sending of the order by the Customer is considered as acceptance of the conditions of sale in force at that time.

Conclusion of the contract

The order sent by the Customer to ZenTè must be completed in all its parts and must contain the elements necessary for the identification of the Customer and the products ordered as well as the indication of the place of delivery, under penalty of nullity. ZenTè will send the Customer, via email, a confirmation of receipt of order.

Availability and delivery

ZenTè undertakes to accept orders within the limits of available stocks of goods. ZenTè may not be able to ensure the availability of all the products offered and cannot therefore be held responsible for the temporary unavailability of one or more products. ZenTè undertakes to promptly inform the Customer of any unavailability of the ordered product.

ZenTè delivers the product or products ordered by the Customer, under the conditions expressly indicated in the section of this site called "Shipping".

Prices and payment methods

The prices indicated on the website www.zente.net are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are excluded.

The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time of the order by the Customer. The prices of individual products are subject to change and, therefore, the prices indicated from time to time on the site cancel and replace those previously indicated.

The price of the products purchased, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer at the time of the online order. The tax documentation will be issued by ZenTè sas at the time of delivery.

Warranties and responsibilities
