Shipping

For shipments we use the traceable DHL service.

At the time of shipment, you will be sent the tracking code, so you are always updated on the status of the delivery.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated in your cart based on your order.

Shipping to Italy:

  • order up to €99.99 = shipping cost of €10
  • order over €100 = free shipping

Shipping to Europe:

Austria, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom:

  • order up to €99.99 = shipping cost €20
  • Order over €100 = free delivery

Zentè reserves the right to deliver the order to the nearest Collection Point.

Delivery generally takes place within a maximum of 48 hours, including islands, from the moment the courier takes delivery of the package.

NB : These times are those indicated by DHL and therefore we cannot guarantee them, even if experience teaches us that they are almost always respected.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during normal working hours.

In the event that the courier is unable to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, after two attempts he will leave a notice of attempted delivery with the contact details to contact to arrange the delivery.

Zentè will do everything possible to have the products delivered to the consumer within the indicated terms. The consumer is invited to contact infozente@gmail.com in case of delay in delivery and in any case to report any disservice detected.

Returns and Exchanges

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 May 1999, n. 185, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with fairness and good faith, upon communication via email to be sent to: infozente@gmail.com

In the communication, the Customer must indicate the product or products for which he/she intends to exercise the right of withdrawal. In accordance with the law, ZenTè will provide, at its own expense and care, and with the methods and terms that will be previously agreed with the Customer, unless it waives its right to reimbursement of the amount paid or to replacement with another product.

The communication via email must contain:

  • The indication of the product purchased.
  • Copy of the original sales letter which must be in your possession.
  • In case of partial withdrawal, item code(s).
  • The data relating to the bank details on which to obtain the transfer (IBAN Code - Buyer's Current Account).

The only costs that will be requested will be those of shipping. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return.

Return of damaged goods

In case of delivery of an item damaged by transport, the Customer does not bear the consequences, as all goods travel at our risk. In case of damage, however, we ask you to help us improve the service by accepting packages with reservation.
