Our tea selections come from China, mainly from two of the most renowned tea producing areas:
1) From the Fujian region , where I was born and raised. Oolong tea, white tea, and jasmine tea are the main teas grown in this beautiful region. The Wuyi Mountains, in addition to being a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are also known as the main area for growing the magnificent rock teas (oolong).
2) from Yunnan region. Famous for Pu'er black tea (cooked and raw) and red tea.
3) from Hangzhou city , Zhejiang province. The very famous Longjing green tea.

No, we don't keep tea in tea bags.
The quality of our selections is very high and therefore it is not usual to offer it in sachets.
Eventually we have an instant tea powder with "nano ball" technology that is easy to use and can be consumed both in summer in cold water and dissolved in hot water, for when you don't have much time to dedicate to preparing a traditional tea, but you still want a relaxing and beneficial break!
To make it easier to infuse the leaves, we have easy-to-use teapots, to keep on your desk while studying or working or to take with you on your travels!

Generally tea bags are the scraps and dust of the leaves.
Therefore the leaf guarantees the quality of drinking and preserves all the nutritional benefits of the tea.

Furthermore, a high-quality tea can be recognized by its leaf: the more intact it is, the higher its value.
The only way to know for sure is to check the leaf after infusion, which is impossible to do with tea bags.
