Recommended teapot: 110-150ml porcelain gaiwan or Yixing clay teapot, with cup and serving carafe.

Procedure:
1. Preparation: Take a tea cake (about 7-8 g) and crumble it slightly.
2. Rinse: Pour 100°C water and rinse quickly for 3-5 seconds.
3. Infusion: First infusion of 10-15 seconds, increasing by 5-10 seconds for each subsequent infusion, up to 8-10 infusions.

Taste: Initial orchid scent, soft body and persistent sweetness, with a velvety and mineral finish.
