History and Origins

Tai Ping Houkui Green Tea
Originating from the Taiping area in the Huangshan Mountains, Anhui, where the climate and geography are perfect for growing tea. Handpicked with mature leaves and buds, the tea is processed by hand. The tea leaves are large, flat and thin, with a sword-like appearance. The brewing liquid is bright green, with a fresh, sweet taste and a long, lingering aftertaste.

2016 Aged White Tea from Old Trees
This 2016 aged white tea comes from Fujian province and is produced using young leaves from tea trees over 50 years old. After a light natural withering and a gentle drying process, the leaves develop a silvery, soft appearance. As the tea ages, it becomes more complex. The tea liquid is a clear golden color, with a smooth taste, accompanied by notes of sweet honey and a delicate fruit fragrance. Over time, the tea becomes richer and richer, with a persistent sweetness and a long-lasting aftertaste, offering a pleasant sensation of depth and continuity.

Rougui Oolong Tea
This Rougui Oolong comes from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, where the plants grow in deep valleys, with fresh air and mineral-rich soil. The young leaves and fresh shoots are semi-fermented and roasted in a traditional way, bringing out the spicy aroma and notes of toasted wood. The dry leaves, compact and rolled, are dark brown, while the infusion, golden and clear, offers a rounded and smooth taste, with a lingering aftertaste of cinnamon and licorice. A tea that reflects the richness of the rocky soils of the Wuyi Mountains.

Lapsang Souchong Red Tea with fruity notes
Originating from the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, this tea grows in cool, humid valleys on mineral-rich soil. Young shoots and one leaf are selected and undergo a unique, smoke-free process. Unlike the traditional smoked method, the leaves are dried naturally, preserving their fruity aroma and delicate tea flavor. The dried leaves are thin and compact, dark brown in color, with a fruity and fresh fragrance. The tea liquid is a bright golden yellow color, with a soft and sweet taste, enriched with fruity notes, a lingering aftertaste and a long, complex finish.

Puer Shu Black Tea
This Puer Shu comes from centuries-old tea trees in Yunnan, subjected to traditional wòduī fermentation, which develops its characteristic aging aroma. The leaves, dark and compact, emit a scent of wood and earth. The infusion, a deep red, has a rich and smooth flavor, with herbal notes and a persistent sweetness. Being a post-fermented tea, Puer Shu is naturally caffeine-free, ideal for a moment of relaxation.
