Harvest season
The optimal harvest season for Enshi Yulu is usually in spring, especially around the Qingming Festival (around early April). During this time, the buds are fresh and rich in moisture, making them suitable for producing high-quality green tea. When harvesting, growers generally choose young buds with one or two leaves to ensure the freshness and integrity of the leaves.

Chinese preparation method

It is recommended to use a glass cup or gaiwan, keeping the water temperature between 80-85°C.
