Pu'er Black Tea originates from Pu'er, a city located in Yunnan Province, southwest China. This region, with its privileged natural environment and unique climate, offers fertile soil and abundant humidity, ideal for growing tea. Pu'er City is famous for its traditional tea fermentation techniques, which give Ripe Pu'er its distinctive flavor and make it a treasure in the tea world.

Harvest season:

Pu'erh Black Tea leaves are mainly harvested in spring and autumn. The tender leaves harvested in spring are rich in nutrients, while the autumn leaves benefit from seasonal changes, giving them a more intense flavor. The selected leaves generally come from high-quality tea varieties, ensuring a strong depth in the tea's flavor.

Chinese preparation method:

1. Take an appropriate amount of Pu'er Black Tea and place it in a clay bowl or teapot, pour 95-100°C water for a quick rinse, steep for 3-5 seconds, then drain.

2. For the main infusion, steep for 10-15 seconds, then increase the steep time by 5 seconds for each subsequent infusion.

3. Each infusion will fully release the aromas of Pu'erh; it is recommended to savor slowly to perceive the nuances of flavor.

European preparation method:

1. Take an adequate amount of Pu'er Black Tea and place it in a teapot, pour in 95-100°C water and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes.

2. Adjust the infusion time according to your personal taste: a short infusion preserves the aroma better, while a longer time intensifies the flavour of the tea.
