Description of the Provenance
Qi Mei Keemun Red Tea comes from Qimen County, Anhui Province, China, which is known for its unique climate and geographical environment. Qimen County is located between the Dabie and Huangshan Mountains, with hilly terrain, temperate and humid climate, well-defined seasons and fertile soil rich in minerals, which provides an ideal environment for tea plants to grow. Qi Mei Keemun Red Tea is considered "the crown of Chinese red tea" and is one of the ten famous teas of China. Its processing dates back to the Qing Dynasty, and after centuries of transmission and development, it has created a unique flavor and culture. Qi Mei Keemun Red Tea has won numerous international awards, including the Gold Award at the 2017 International Tea Fair and the Gold Award at the 2019 World Tea Competition, demonstrating its outstanding quality.

Harvest Season
The best season for picking Qi Mei Keemun Red Tea is usually in spring, especially around Qingming (early April). During this period, the new shoots of the tea plant are particularly fresh and tender, ideal for producing high-quality red tea. Farmers generally use manual picking to ensure the freshness and integrity of each leaf, preserving its original aroma and flavor.

Chinese Infusion Method
For Chinese infusion, it is recommended to use a teapot or gaiwan, keeping the water temperature between 90-95°C. You can use 5 grams of Qi Mei Keemun Red Tea leaves, with an initial infusion time of 5-10 seconds. Subsequently, you can gradually extend the infusion time according to your taste; usually, you can make 5-7 infusions, each of which maintains rich aromas and flavors, preserving the uniqueness of Qi Mei Keemun Red Tea.

Western Style Brewing Method
For Western-style brewing, you can use a teapot, adding 3 to 5 grams of Qi Mei Keemun Red Tea leaves to 95°C water, and steeping for 3 to 5 minutes. The infusion can be poured directly into the cup for consumption; it is recommended to add a little milk or sugar according to your taste, thus enriching the flavor and making it suitable for various occasions, such as afternoon tea or moments of relaxation.
